I studied psychology in Trier and Bamberg. In between, I completed a research internship in New Zealand in the field of developmental psychology. During my master's degree, I focused on developmental and counseling psychology. I also worked on a research project on early education and devoted my master's thesis to sensitivity in mother-child interactions from an attachment theory perspective.

After my studies, I worked as a psychologist in a social pediatric center, where I carried out psychological diagnostics in the areas of cognition, behavior, emotion and performance. I accompanied children and young people in their development and advised parents in challenging situations.

After moving to Israel, I started my own business in psychological counseling. I also carry out diagnostic tests in English as a freelancer for an English-speaking educational psychologist. At the same time, I worked in educational work for the German community in Tel Aviv with children and young adults. The step into self-employment in a new country was a challenge, but I value the freedom to organize my daily work myself and implement my own ideas.

In 2020, I completed the advanced training course “Systemic Presence, New Authority and Parent Coaching” at IF Weinheim, with the aim of strengthening parents in their responsibility and strengthening family relationships.

In 2024, I completed the two-year training course to become a systemic consultant at the Cologne Institute for Counseling & Educational Professionalization. In the process, I deepened my systemic approach and expanded my counseling focus from parents to individuals and couples.
