The foundation of my work as a psychological counselor.

As a German-speaking psychological counselor in Tel Aviv, I support individuals who are looking for psychological counseling in German or English, offered online or in Tel Aviv. Many of my clients live abroad and seek help with emotional stress, adjustment difficulties, overwhelm, anxiety, family and parenting challenges, or the desire for more clarity, stability, and emotional balance.

Originally from Schweinfurt in Bavaria, I completed my psychology studies in Trier and Bamberg and lived in several countries before moving to Israel at the end of 2020. Settling into a new, culturally diverse environment has shaped me deeply and enhanced my understanding of the challenges many of my clients face.

These personal experiences influence my work and allow me to accompany people with empathy through periods of change, transition, stress, and reorientation. For many years, I have been committed to supporting individuals, families, and parents in a professional and compassionate way.

Through my work as a German-speaking online counselor and within the international community in Tel Aviv, I am able to help people living abroad who seek mental health support in their native language or who wish to cultivate greater clarity, stability, and emotional well-being.
